Overview
Tainan Art Museum , Gallery H
Sticky Relationships: Filling // Fissures examines the contemporary condition of individuals navigating overlapping networks of family, community, media, and urban life. The exhibition considers how external pressures and internalized expectations continuously shape emotional and psychological experience.
Bringing together eight artists working across painting, sculpture, and installation, the exhibition explores the emotional traces left by intimate relationships, social structures, and everyday life while opening new perspectives within seemingly inseparable systems.
In this exhibition, Wang Guan-Jhen presents works that continue his exploration of perception and psychological states, reflecting on the shifting experiences of emotion, pressure, and self-awareness in contemporary life.
