Presence of Wind explores Li Shih-Wen’s ongoing inquiry into bodily perception and lived experience. Drawing from a 2024 mountain journey where relentless winds reshaped his sense of boundary between self and environment, Li transforms sensory memories into painted folds and traces of movement. Rather than depicting wind itself, the exhibition captures an invisible yet persistent force, inviting viewers to extend sight into bodily memory and reconsider our relationship with nature.
