Lin Kuo-Wei : “Sweet Night”: Solo Exhibition

Sweet Night reflects on the quiet moments of fulfillment that emerge through the challenges and uncertainties of everyday life.

Through variations in scale, form, material, and light, Lin creates a sculptural presence that moves between realism and imagination. Familiar figures take on an unexpected quality, inviting viewers to reconsider their emotional and sensory relationships with the world around them.

Rather than portraying happiness as an idealized state, Sweet Night considers the subtle sense of fulfillment that follows lived experience, reflecting on the possibility of finding hope and meaning amid the complexities of everyday life.
