Yuichi Hirako: HUMAN AND NATURE: Solo Exhibition

Yuichi Hirako's solo exhibition HUMAN AND NATURE is now on view at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya Hall, presented as the inaugural exhibition of the newly opened venue.

Transforming the entire hall into an immersive environment, the exhibition brings together approximately 300 works, including new paintings and sculptures, alongside a series of mobiles reaching up to 3.5 metres in height and presented publicly for the first time.

Through his distinctive and imaginative visual language, Hirako continues to explore the complex and subtle relationship between humans and nature. From houseplants and urban greenery to forests, his practice considers how nature enters everyday life and becomes intertwined with human-made environments, objects, and ways of seeing.
