Guim Tió Zarraluk developed his unique style with his first series, "Magazine Project," in which he manipulated the facial features of fashion models on magazine covers. The previous series dealing with the landscape of human facial expression, his practice has since expanded to depicting the landscape of the human inner world in his recent series.
Guim Tió recontextualises his human subjects and creates tiny figures that are nameless and adrift in imposing landscapes, evoking the sensation of being small and expressing that human struggles in life are insignificant when confronted with the vastness of nature. "12 Thoughts" is the self-talk of Guim Tió under a busy life. In this solo exhibition, he interprets his inner voices into more of a personal and intimate landscape to relieve the individual's powerlessness in the face of reality.

Smell of turpentine and oils.
Soft morning light
Becomes warm and intense in the evenings.
The bathroom is dirty with colors
.The carpet full of ashes.
The dishes are waiting to be washed.
An office chair with a different calling.
A million stains on the floor.
An avocado tree.
Fan hums,
Heat, chaos and humidity.
Background music.
The train runs every half hour.
Wi-Fi signal gets lost.
Everything is quiet.
That's when you can see them,
12 thoughts.
Stare and paint, stare and paint.
