Keelung Ciao marks its 10th anniversary this year, co-curated by Chen Hsi and Korean curator Jeauk Lucas Kang. Bringing together visual art, sculpture, sound, and performance, the project explores the shared rhythms of life, ecology, and memory that shape Keelung. The exhibition runs through October 26.
At the Ocean Plaza, artist Hsieh Jung-Wei presents Hanging Sun Platform, a luminous installation inviting viewers into a shifting field of light and color, experiencing the passage between day and night at Keelung Port. Inspired by the solar path at 25°N latitude, the work transforms natural light through layered reflections, glowing gently without power—embodying a poetic harmony between nature and human creation.
